The Nottingham Creative Business Awards has a network like this one. To be eligible to join all you have to do is nominate yourself for an award. As a result of this criteria there calibre of the networks members is extremely high. The main page is public so go take a look.

Nottingham is a thriving hotbed of designers, artists, musicians, photographers, performers and architects, and The Nottingham Creative Business Awards recognise and celebrate the best creative work that is taking place in and around the City.
