Job Vacancy: Graphic Designer wanted at Nottingham User Experience Agency

Zabisco are a unique, digital user experience agency who work with clients of all shapes, sizes and sectors on web and mobile projects in a user-centred way. Thanks to a growing workload, we’re on the lookout for a graphic designer to join our production team in our Nottingham office.

Although the role will primarily be a digital design position, we’re looking for a conceptual designer who can also illustrate and design for print.

This role is ideal for someone with bags of raw talent, someone who has graduated in the past few years and is looking for the next role in their career. You will have worked in a design role previously, will be used to working with a team and have exposure to the commercial reality of working in an agency. We’re after somebody who is professional in their attitude, appearance, communication and skills.

This is a key role in our agency and comes with the opportunity to take ownership of the design output of the agency on high profile projects from day one.

Key Skill Requirements

Advanced understanding of Photoshop and Illustrator
An excellent understanding of the principals of graphic design, ideally a formal graphic design background
Web design, illustration, branding and print experience
An interest in user centred design principals
High quality written and verbal (UK) English
Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio)

Nice to haves

Familiarity with Indesign
HTML/CSS
