Event Description

To be profitable, a business needs to understand who its best customers are and develop suitable strategies for meeting their needs. This seminar will highlight key issues in understanding who your most important customers are and how they actually behave rather than how they tell you they will.

Presented by acknowledged experts in their own fields Duncan Shaw and Peter Tolmie will be encouraging attendees at this free breakfast event to come along to a one day's skill's development workshop to be arranged some six weeks after this event if there is sufficient demand.
