Adobe InDesign is an industry standard design and layout programme used by designers, publishers, artists and writers to produce professional-quality brochures, magazines, books, posters and many other Portable Document Format (PDF) or print based marketing materials.
The InDesign training course will easily guide you through the workspace, toolbox and an array of panels, which allow you to customize your workspace. Some hands-on practice lessons will teach you how to define paragraph, character and nested styles for layouts, place and thread text in a document, create master pages, work with a grid, understand basic typography and begin to equip you with the tools you need for precise and consistent publications.
No previous design software skills or experience is required, but a basic knowledge of any desktop publishing, graphic design or Adobe software is a useful starting point.
